About Me

I am 21 years old, and searching to reach out to people who are in need of wanting to better themselves in the aspect of health and wellness. I have a huge passion for this area of practice, and I am studying this practice at the University of West Georgia. I have much practice in the field of health and wellness and would love to give any advice and help to those who are interested. Along with being a student at the University of West Georgia, I am also a student athlete. I play tennis at the University, and I am also a licensed personal trainer through ACE. I have worked with many clients over the years, and have heard, and seen great results from my clients. I want to help you, just as much as you want to help yourself. I see this as being a team. We will work together to find your passions and grow within them. We will find your weaknesses and fight against them. Most importantly, we will achieve goals, together.
