Hey Everyone!
I wanted to come on here and give everyone a little bit of tips for this week when it comes to Fitness and being healthy in this department. It only takes 30 minutes a day of physical exercise can keep you healthy and losing weight! Think about how many times a day you sit on your phone for about 30 minutes on average? This happens about every single day. Instead of being on your phone, try going to the gym and just walking on the treadmill. As we all know, gym memberships can be outrageously expensive which is very frustrating. If you are unable to purchase a gym membership, you can always try going on a walk outside. I always tell my clients that any exercise is better than no exercise at all. There is no bad that can come out of getting physical activity. This will help your heart, and also your health as a whole. With all this being said, my challenge for everyone reading this is to put your phone down. Put down your lap top. Put down anything that can be a distraction for you receiving the exercise you need. Just put. it. down. Go outside, go to the gym, walk on a track, go for a run. Do whatever you are ABLE to do. Once you see exercise as not being a punishment, but instead a privilege, you will often begin to believe more in yourself.
